At Drip Trend'Z, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our return policy makes it easy to resolve your concerns. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date or delivery date for online orders.

• To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or alterations.

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

• Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale," including discounted or clearance items, cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Process

2.1. In-Store Purchases:

• Bring the item(s) to our physical location along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Our team will assess the item(s) and process the return or exchange accordingly.

2.2. Online Purchases:

• Contact us at returns@driptrendz.com to initiate the return process.

• Include your order number, a description of the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.

• Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the address for sending your item(s).

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

• If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Undergarments or intimate wear

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Include photos of the damage or defect along with your order details. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Drip Trend'Z.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
